We want to hear from the local community to help us better understand the aspirations of local residents and your priorities for our site north of Mill Drove.

Taylor Wimpey is currently preparing a Detailed planning application for up to 326 homes on land north of Mill Drove. Our vision is to deliver high-quality, attractive new homes in a mix of housing type and tenures that link the site to the wider community. The site will also deliver new outdoor community spaces for the area set within a healthy landscape of green infrastructure.

We will also be holding a public exhibition event, where members of the public can view our proposals and speak to the project team in-person. This will be held on will be held on 17 February 2026 between 14:30 and 18:30 at 1 Hub Bourne, Queens Road, Bourne, PE10 9DX.

We ask that you share your feedback with us no later than 20 February 2026.

All feedback shared via this website and at the exhibition event will be reviewed as we continue to finalise our proposals and prepare a planning application for submission to South Kesteven District Council in the coming months.
